The Rafael Refojos & Associates Journey
Since 1973, Rafael Refojos & Associates has been proudly representing leading automotive manufacturers across Puerto Rico and the Caribbean. Our success is built on the strong work ethics and dedication of our founder, Rafael Refojos, Sr. whose commitment to integrity, service, and excellence laid the foundation for everything we do today.
In 1988, Rafael Refojos, Jr. came on board bringing new energy to the Agency and leading us into the computer age. The Agency expanded to Dominican Republic and Central American markets with five active salesmen and two support staff servicing over twenty-five manufactures and reaching gross sales of $18MM.
Now, in 2026, a third generation is joining the firm looking to contribute with the modern challenges the industry is facing such as social media and generational tendencies.
For over fifty decades, we have grown by building lasting relationships and developing a deep understanding the unique needs of Puerto Rico’s automotive market. Can't wait to see what the fourth generation will bring!
