Rafael Refojos & Associates is the only Rep Agency listed under AAIA's database of agencies servicing Puerto Rico that is actually located here. In fact, we consider this to be so important, that when we decided to service the Dominican Republic over twenty years ago, we hired a local salesman and set up a regional office there. Today the agency has two full time salesmen in the Dominican Republic.

We believe it is impossible to effectively represent a manufacturer in any given territory without having a constant presence that permits a closer relationship with the customer and its staff, while allowing immediate access to market information.
